Because I love my bloggy peeps, here is the Pollo Delizia recipe as requested, conveniently packaged in PDF format and converted from metric to imperial for my American friends (I've also included my own tips and notes).

Semi-dried tomatoes? Hmmm, not my favourite thing. I'll give it a try though. Once I've used up the stuff in the freezer. Lots of spaghetti sauce and pumpkin soup in there.
You could probably leave it out and still end up with an awesome dish. The bacon and the creamy sauce kind of lends itself to an alfredo-ish deal that way...
other than the broccoli and tomatoes this sounds similarish to a chicken dish i do.. except my chicken is cut into chunks, and the cream part is just cream, rather than a white sauce. never thought of adding brocoli.. tomatoes are not going anywhere near my food.

LaneH, I hope you manage to get this message eventually! I can't find an email address for you (your Blogger profile is hidden) but if you reply again with an addy I'll happily fire you off an email with the original recipe document :) It's highly likely in my 'Eeeek, I've hit the blogging brick wall!' period last year I removed the PDF document and forgot to remove the link attached to this post - very sorry!
